Pinwheel Blackened Steel and Mahogany Square Wall Clock

 Another original design from the DPCustoms Signature Series, featuring 100% solid Mahogany, beautifully figured Eastern Maple, and heat blackened steel.

 Clockwise pinwheeled rays of steel and wood follow the natural flow of time, while giving a sense of quarterly interval.  All steel is handworked, then colored using a combination of high heat and gun bluing patinas. 

 Measuring 18" (46cm) across, this larger size piece is well suited to living room or entryway settings, but shows equally well in bedroom or office spaces.

 All wood and steel has been carefully finished with a protective finish, then hand rubbed and waxed to produce a pleasing satin sheen. No plywoods, veneers, or artificial colors are used in DPCustom's designs, there is no substitute for the original.

 A high quality silent continuous motion Quartz movement unobtrusively drives the satin black hour and minute hands. (AA battery included)
