One of a Kind Spalted Maple and Ziricote Wall Art ***SOLD***

A beautifully variegated reclaimed slab of spalted maple with live edges split down the middle by an elegant combination of materials. The center section is an exotic piece of ziricote, featuring high grain figuring and a deep, almost ebony darkness. Splitting this piece is a brass inlay, and capped on either end with small pieces of figured maple. Mirrored on the top and bottom are pieces of bloodwood with Gaboon ebony inlaid into them and eye catching brass-inside-aluminum accent discs. Long brushed aircraft aluminum strips set the center stripe aside from the slab with a gentle but defined contrast. All wood has been finished off with teak oil and satin UV protectant poly finish, and all metals have been clear coated to prevent oxidization.

Dimensions are: 42" tall x 14" wide, and stands off from the wall 1.5" at it thickest point.
