All DPCustoms cutting and sushi boards are made with the highest grade woods, and only food safe glues / finishes. All boards are thoroughly pre-seasoned.

Also, a strong joint should not rely on glue alone! All DPCustoms boards feature redundant internal joinery such as splines, dovetails, biscuits or pins to ensure strength and longevity. This is an extra step skipped by many makers, and you should always inquire about this before purchasing cheaper wares.
